Cancellation Policy
6:15 The Studio – Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Studio hire rates, photography assistant services, and add-ons are payable in full or as specified at the time of booking. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and should be requested as early as possible. 3. Studio Use Studio hire includes use of all listed equipment, props, and furnishings unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for returning the studio to its original condition (bins, sweeping, mopping included in cleaning fee if applicable). Any damage to studio property or equipment must be reported immediately; repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client. 4. Photography Assistant (Optional) Available at £20/hour. Tasks may include lighting setup, props/styling assistance, and general shoot support. Assistant services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. 5. Timeliness & Access Booking time includes setup, shoot, and teardown. Please arrive promptly to maximize your session. Access to the studio outside of booked hours must be pre-arranged and may incur additional charges. 6. Liability The studio is not responsible for any personal items, equipment, or materials brought on site. Clients assume responsibility for their own insurance for equipment and activities conducted during the booking.
